What was the highlight of De Keyser Hotel
Convenient location at a reasonable price.
Location was very convenient , 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff are very helpful and polite. Bedrooms comfortable.
Decor could be updated , its quite dark and has been the same for over 10 years. Breakfast room is a bit impersonal and lacks the buzz it used to have now that it is downstairs.

Good location for sightseeing.
Good location. Pleasant, spacious and immaculately clean room. Excellent breakfast.
Information about parking. Poor communication (whether by Booking.com or the hotel). I specifically selected accommodation with parking when booking with Booking.com. It turns out there is no parking! Had to park some distance away - 29 Euro per 23 hours. Getting in and out of Antwerp by car is horrendous! Beautiful parts in the City but we won't be coming back.

Disappointing room and over rated
Great location and 1 min from central station and less to the metro.
More like a 2 star than 4, rooms need a refurb, one side of the bed had a loud creak when sat on. Air con did not warm the room up. 2 cushions on bed rather than pillows, disappointing.
